had a great yoga teacher..hospital offers a variety of prenatal classes..lots to choose from, but class schedules are not flexible if you work 9-5.

My husband and I took the Great Expectations, Your New Baby, Breastfeeding and CPR classes before our daughter was born and I was very happy with the quality of the instructors and the content was helpful. I had done a lot of reading, but my husband had not, and I don't think he would feel nearly as comfortable with our daughter if he had not had the classes

I have attended the yoga classes here with all three of my babies. The teachers are great it works nicely if your doctor office is in the hospital. Also all of the prenatal training classes are very informative and the information is current.
My only complaint is that the fitness classes are hard to schedule if you are working.
