I love Dr. Hanson. She is the doctor for both of my kids. She is great she listens and gives great advice. She has personally called me back many times when I have called about a problem and the nurses have to get back to me she always calls me. We go to the St. Peters office and Jenny who is no longer there she was at the front desk would spoil my kids which was great for mer because they looked forward to going to see Jenny.

My son has been at the St. Peters Northwest Peds office since birth. I cannot disagree more with the negative reviews on here. The staff is super friendly, Dr. Hoffman seems to really KNOW my son, and I get helpful advice with every visit. Any time my son has been sick they fit him in immediately. I wouldn't go anywhere else!!!

I love Dr. Gerst. He's great with the kids, remembers us, and takes the time to answer all my questions. However, I detest Dr. Hoffman. He's unfeeling, condescending, and sometimes I wonder if he has ever had any experience with children outside the office. The one time I saw him, everything he said seemed quoted from a book instead of told from his own dealings. The office staff is sometimes all right and sometimes singularly unhelpful. There are one or two nurses that I like, but I don't see them every time.
All in all, a decent doctor's office, but nothing spectacular.

My child has been a patient at both the St. Peters and Wentzville offices for 18 months. I had good experiences with Dr. Hanson but no with Dr. Hoffman. He was cold, unfriendly and condescending both times I had to see him rather than Dr. Hanson. The final straw came when I called about my child's cold. I wanted to be sure of the correct dosage of Benadryl. I was told they do not recommend the medication at all. Imagine my shock since two and a half months earlier they had specifically told me to give her this medicine and the exact dosage for her age and weight. I will not be bringing my child her ever again!

I got to the St. Peters Office and as much as I love the doctors I really hate dealing with the receptionists etc...They are just not nice and I would almost consider going to a new doctor if I didn't think the Doctors were so great. I'll deal with a snotty staff if it means my kid gets the best doctors possible!
