The lactation consultants here are great! So nice and helpful and they don't make you feel bad for having problems breastfeeding. What I don't like is that they are not consistent on their charges for breast pump rentals. I'm renting from them, and they didn't charge me for three months, and then charged me for those months all at once. It sometimes gets confusing to keep track of.

I was ready to give up on breastfeeding my son. I called Josie on recommendation from my OB and she changed my life. I went from hating breastfeeding to loving it overnight. She had us bring a video camera and involved my husband completely. She is wonderful.

I was at work and the breast pump I was using BROKE! Here I was with nothing, not even a hand pump, and desparate. I found NoVa Lactation Consultants in the phone book, called them, and was able to go to their office and get the pump during my lunch break. They had most of the paperwork completed for me and had everything ready so that I could run in and the get back to work. They are lifesavers!
