for any new mom, or any mom for that matter, the lounge is fantastic. Go on a mall walk, get a latte, shop, and then relax in the lounge when you need to nurse your baby!

my favorite baby girl clothes brand - tea collection is available and nordstroms. wonderful selection. customer service is good but varies from store to store

Nordstrom is always great, where ever you go, and this one is no exception. Awesome customer service. I've never had one bad experience. And GREAT food at the cafe.

Really excellent customer service. I had to take my son's shoes back 3 times before we found ones that he was comfortable in. The ladies were so friendly and helpful and weren't at all bothered by the exchanges.
