I have only been in this Nordstrom ONCE and had a great customer service experience. Staff is not quick to help you unless they think you're going to be 'worth their time.' I won't shop there. The Norstrom at Topanga is MUCH better. I'll drive further for better service or shop onlne.

The store is clean & the customer service is great. There is a good selection of nicer clothes, but not too cheap.

Nordstrom has a reputation for great service, but this location must be an exception tothe rule. Sales girls were talking to each other (not in english) and ignoring customers. So I went to make an exchange at the customer service department. there was no line, but the people at the desk appeared to be too busy to help me. When they finally looked my way I explained the situation and was sent back to the children's department. I decided to leave and maybe I'll try the store at the grove this weekend. All I wanted to do was exchange some Robeez.
