This store has lots of cool, high end baby products. But every time I have gone there it's been impossible to find a staff member to help me locate products or look up a friend's registry. It's been a real pain. The stuff they carry is really pricy, so it'd be nice to at least have a pleasant shopping experience when you're spending a lot of money, you know?

I'll start by saying that the selection of products at Nomi Boutique is great! Lots of baby gear, stylish nursery furniture and stylish baby clothes. Also, the store is the perfect size, not too big and impersonal like a Babies R Us. The customer service, on the other hand, is completely inept. I had my registry there and every time I called with a question, someone would promise to call me back and never did. Ever. Also they seem really disorganized and often cannot locate items they have in stock. Unless the manager/owner trains the staff to serve customers better, I can't recommend to any of my friends to register there.
