The class is wonderful and really teaches you how to deal with all the aches and pains of pregnancy and prepare for the actual child birht

Instructors were good. Would have been nice to have advanced and basic classes as the groups knowledge or lack thereof dictates how the class progresses. Balanced presentation of various childbirth techniques without bias. Each week a different couple would be in charge of bringing snacks and drinks for the group.

Very informative and engaging instructor for the childbirth education class that we took. Class also included a hospital tour and took place over the weekend, which was very convenient.

We brought our two-year old daughter to a sibling class which was great. They have two different groups, tailored to the age of the sibling. They got to see the rooms where mom would be staying, learn how to touch and not touch babies, and see newborns in the nursery. It really helped prepare her for the homecoming of her new sister.
