NYSC's best asset is its locations - they have a gym where you live and where you work, so it's very convenient. It's not the most luxurious, the towels are a bit sandpapery, but it's a great value and there is a great variety of classes.

Not that I have money for a gym, but I visit on the week free buddy pass and it's very nice.

I've tried them all, and this one is the best. NYSC tends to be bigger than the competition. Always a great array of classes, lots of equipment, towel service- nice locker rooms and friendly staff.

great classes & there is one on every block.
I love the playgroup on 92nd & 3rd location, great sitters & very clean.

NYSC is great. I totally recommend Pam's Spinning class- she's inspiring!
