they put a nanny with me without proper background checks..all they check is some balnd criminal overview..turns out this woman had a very dangerous lifestyle.In addition,they never check to see if the nanny has any contagious diseases like hepatitis,herpes,AIDS..Remember these nannys have their hands all over our kids
