Talk about rude! I called to get some basic information on their services and got the run around. It was unpleasant talking to the girl at the front desk. They wanted me to call after they received my resume online which they pretended to be a family asking for resumes! They responded with a company letter that they were not a family but an agency. They said my qualifications were so impressive they were witting a letter personally to invite me to call them. When I did call they told me they delete all resumes they get, had no idea who I was and I needed to come in anyway. However, with the experience I was having on the phone I wanted nothing to do with this agency finding me a family!

I was very impressed with how many qualified nannies I was able to choose from. The Nanny Exchange process was meticulous but a joy to work with. They apparently do their homework well because they knew exactly the type of nanny our family was looking for. We love our nanny and appreciate all the girls at the Nanny Exchange. Keep up the great work!
