I had a nursing bra literally fall apart and pop an underwire after wearing it once and washing it once. Drove 30 miles to return it and the clerk would not refund my money. I had to return home and send a nasty gram email to the company so that a supervisor could call the store directly and approve my refund. Then I had to drive the 30 miles all over again to get my refund with no compensation for the gas. The supervisor would not send me a check. Also, signing a no-return policy agreement every time you want to buy their clothes makes me really annoyed. Miscarriages happen. Being able to return an item within a reasonable amount of time (10 days? heck Macy's is 60 days) is the norm with most businesses unless they're a mom & pop outfit, which Motherhood Maternity is obviously not.
