Mom's Lunch is a great way to meet other like-minded new parents - specifically, those that believe that not every meal with a newborn has to be eaten standing up while holding your baby. The presentations were good, and the camraderie was excellent.

Mom's Lunch is a great idea and a lot of fun, but I find the price ($40 per lunch) too expensive to make it a regular thing.

The idea behind Mom's Lunch Boston is good - giving new moms a place to meet and connect. However, the actual execution is only okay. It is very expensive for what it is ($35-$40/lunch at Bertucci's) and the information provided often seems more like a sales pitch for the speaker's business. To go a few times, meet some women you wish to keep in touch with and then leave is probably your best bet if you are looking to meet other new moms. The founder/leader, Anne Yount, is very friendly, helpful and an excellent resource.
