I joined the group about 3 years old when my first child was about 2 yrs old. I met a bunch of nice moms and kids, my children made friends and so did I. The group has been a source of knowledge, support and fun. My involvement has enriched my life.

Over the last 18 months, my son and I have really bonded with the women and kids we've met. If you wanted to have an activity nearly every day, you could. Even having grown up in SF, this great group of women is an excellent resource.
I'm sorry that ladybirdshilpa had such a bad experience. The organization is only as good as its volunteer members (and I think that particular person was moving and about to give birth), but we really hope that these snafus are rare.

I had several friends who had babies at the same time as I had my first. Then they went back to work and I did not. My life changed when I found the MOMS Club and I met other moms to hang out with during the day. Today my closest moms friends are from this group and my kids' closest friends are as well.

I joined this club in January when my daughter was 3 months old. I was contacted right away and invited to an orientation. There are a lot of activities each week, and the playgroups are age-based but are open to everyone. This makes it easier to fit to your schedule. This is a very inclusive and friendly group of people.

I've been a member for 2 years and have met lots of great moms to hang out with and helped my kids make friends their age. It was the best thing I could do for myself being a new mom in a new city.
