If you ask 40 different people what makes a good mom, you'll probably get 40 different answers. I joined MOMS when our family relocated to the area and I quickly realized that these women embody what I thought made a great mom. No where else will you find 40+ nonjudgemental women who will offer support and rally to help when needed as you care for your family.

It is a great opportunity to meet other moms that are going through what you are. Making friends for you and your kids at a crucial time in both our lives. I wish more moms took the time to be involved in the running of things. In the 7 yrs I have been with the club it is always just 1% interested in being on the board, or committee. It is such a great experience to help keep it running and that means helping those that are the future. Remember they need you like you needed us.

This MOMS club is a great group of ladies to share stories with who are experiencing the same things you are. Very supportive group to new moms. I had just joined the club 2 weeks prior to my daughter being born and I had women showing up at my house that I had never met before w/ tons of food. I didn't have to cook for a month after my daughter arrived :) Now I have made some great new friends and my son has made new friends that he talks about all the time. It's just a great outlet for stay at home moms!

This group of ladies are wonderful - from delivering meals when new babies are born or another member is in need, to welcoming new moms to the area, and everything in between (support, playdates, outings), this club definitely has it covered!

After being a stay at home mom for over a year, I tentatively showed up at a business meeting and was hooked! I found a group of women who knew how to multitask (Yes, a productive meeting was actually being held amidst babies being fed, toddlers playing, and preschoolers coloring!), who were interested in finding other women to share their parenting joys and sorrows with, and women who especially wanted to be productive members of society while placing their children first. This international club not only focuses on the social aspects for moms and their children, but also on educating moms on a variety of pertinent issues, and reaching out to the community through service projects. This organization offers a monthly calendar of events and newsletter, age appropriate playgroups, and even a mom's night out!
