I have been a member of Mocha Moms since 2004 after the birth of my first child and I don't know what I would have done without them. It is truly priceless to be a part of an organization that fully supports the mother. Most of us have been career women prior to becoming stay at home moms and we can discuss the fact that we love being at home w/ the kids, but we may also be missing the bonus, promotions, awards, not to mention vacation and salary when working. This amazing organization stands behind providing community service, so we have the opportunity to reach out and make a difference while many times being able to bring the children along to teach them valuable lessons. The monthly support groups are so enlightening too w/ the guest speakers. One of my favorite monthly activities is our Moms Night Out when the moms get together w/out hubbies and children to have a great time. Just recently, we went out on our 2nd Annual Moms Day Out and we started at 9:30am and most of us didn't get home until midnight. Our day included breakfast, sexy photo shoot, spa services, makeup session and topped off w/ a fabulous dinner. I Love Mocha Moms and I would strongly encourage anyone who supports our mission to come check us out! : )
