I've been to this Mimi location a few times and can't seem to find anything. The saleswomen are less than helpful. On the other hand, I recently visited the Water Tower Mimi location outside of Macy's and had a much better experience navigating the store. The associate offered a number of choices and was very helpful.

This department is fairly large and within Macy's. They have a good selection and I was able to find quite a few nice things here. I don't think these items go on sale often, though.

I love this location of Mimi bc it is located inside of Macys. What I like best about it is that the return policy is completely different then any other Mimi store. At Mimi's you only get a store credit if you want to return something but at Macys you get a full refund. I would rather have that flexibilty. They have a decent selection although not as much as the Water Tower store.

I had the worst experience here - they were awful! I will NEVER go back. Snotty, uneducated, and attitude. Never good. Just awful go to the one on Michigan ave much kinder sales people with knowledge.
