When ordering a piece of furniture the color we wanted was out of stock, they offered to ship an alternate now and then send over the inserts in the original color when they came in separately. Very classy. However these haven't been shipped. A phone call before the alternate was shipped wasn't returned. I honestly don't think they are trying to short us anything, the staff is in fact quite pleasant, and was quite willing to help when we went into the store. But they just don't quite seem to know what is going on. For example, when I asked for a place to change my baby in the store the sales lady seemed very confused and started clearing things out of a closet of some kind before deciding I could use the changing table on display in the store. The products are great, though the store is small and rather cramped. If you want really high end luxury baby clothing, too, this is the place.

QuoteIn a marketplace where originality and quality comes second fiddle to mass production/bland design, it's nice to see that there's a boutique that caters to those who favor creative stylings over the mundane. I was able to find a couple of great gifts for my boss' kids (whom I know very little about except for their age group) and was very pleased to find out that they loved the presents. Great selection, helpful staff and an abundance of parking....win, win, win experience.

QuoteI LOVE the customer service at the store. They bend over backwards to get me what I need/want and the best thing -- they giftwrap everything for FREE. Nuff said. I come here for all my baby gifts and when I need the cutest outfit for my little girl.

They carry everything!(stroller, high chair, crib, apparel, toys, books, accessories...etc.) I love to shop here for my daughter. I have gotten so many nice complements for all the outfits and shoes that I purchased there. This is also the perfect shop to buy shower and birthday gifts as they provide very nice free gift wrapping. I'm so glad that I found this store and all my frieds love it too.
