I had my baby at Methodist in January. The care exceeded any I have ever received or witnessed at another hospital. The maternity suites are incredible - the regular rooms are like luxury rooms at most hospitals - and the luxury rooms rival 4 star care. My nurses were also excellent. I had a scary birthing experience - the nurses that cared for me were truly like angels.

I had my first at another hospital and switched to Methodist after a bad experience. My expectations were exceeded. The staff were all very nice and made sure we were comfortable. There were several other moms in the maternity wing that week but I felt like I was the only one because of the attention I got from the staff. It didn't feel like a "baby factory", like I was just a number. The doctors and nurses took time to make conversation in addition to caring for me and my son.
