We go to the Tempe location and I have never been disappointed. The office itself is clean and well kept. The staff is great. They have appointments later in the day for us parents that work. I totally trust my daughters health and care to them. And they are always on time. Never a long wait.

The doctor was amazing! I left the practice over the staff. I could never get through on the phone to talk to a real person and had a terrible time getting them to send records to my new ped. and insurance.

Some of the doctors from this office started their own practice. It is so worth your time and patience to find this new practice called, Step By Step Pediatrics. Trust me!
