QuoteReading the reviews shows you that customer service must have gone downhill in the last couple years. I haven't been in there since my youngest were babies, probably mid 2007, but I have always been served while in this store. While pricey, we have bought some excellent furniture for our childrens' rooms and also cute knick-knacks. There was a problem with the twin bed we bought, and MGR helped us get the replacement parts right away.

QuoteI went here to buy an extension for my Ergo since my other one was lost. I found what I was looking for but, decided to walk around and view other things. The staff where very rude to me. The keep following me and acting like I was going to steal something. Also when I was leaving they noticed I had trouble with the door and did not offer to help me but, just to stare. I love there selection but, will never shop here again.

QuoteI love to look around this store, and do so often because it's right next to my husbands office at the California Closets showroom. It is fun to look at. Two things that bother me, are the bathroom is small dingy and doesn't have a changing table, which I find very odd for a high end baby shop. And it's true you will usually find the workers clustered together chatting, so you practically have to beg them to let you spend your money there ;)

I could care less if a shop has a great selection when their employees are rude and bothered if you need help. I went to look for Bella Notte linens for my two children and new crib bedding as well. They could have made a few thousand dollars, they didn't and I went to Hailey's Cottage in Mill Creek instead

I arrived about 30 minutes before closing time and proceeded to ask a staff member for help. I already knew what stroller I wanted, but had a few more questions. She was extremely rude and seemed annoyed that she had to wait on me instead of preparing the store to be closed for the next day! At one point, she just walked away! I was making my final decision on color WHEN THEY TURNED THE LIGHTS OFF IN THE STORE!! Needless to say, I was forced to leave - not only did they miss out on a +$700 stroller an carseat purchase that day, they also missed out on thousands of dollars of my business as I prepared for my little boy. If I could give them NO stars, I would.
