We are extremely happy with this group, especially our pediatrician. A live person answers all calls, the doctors are almost always available, and the receptionists remembers your name. Our pediatrician takes his time with our son, listens to our questions and concerns, and tries his best to help us. We can't be happier.

This whole office is fantasticthe nurses rock, the other Doctors in the group (Dr. Jeanette and Dr. Gerber) are all kind, smart, patient, forthcoming and everything else you want in a doctor.

This is the best pediatric office in San Diego and have been rated #1 in customer satisfaction in San Diego. I have never had to wait for more than 10-15 minutes from my appointment time. This is a bummer sometimes, because my son loves the toys in the waiting room. Dr. Gerber is our physician, and he makes us feel like his most important patients. He has a gentle demenor which is non-threatening for my two-year-old. Once I had to schedule an appointment with another physician because Dr. Gerber was booked. He saw our name and made a point of taking us any way. They have a 24-hour call service. I have never waited more than 15 minutes for a return call, and they always understand my concerns even if I am overreacting. I can not say enough about this medical group and its staff.
