I love the doctors! Waits are long, but I think that is a result of the doctors take time to talk and answer questions. I have always been able to get in same day when my children are sick.

I love both of the doctors they are wonderful. No question is too stupid. They both will take time to explain and answer any questions you might have. To the person who experienced the staff not returning calls in a timely fashion, do not let the staff's inability to get back to you deter you from taking your child to see the physicians. I would bring it to the doctor's attention when you take your child in for a visit.

Called a week ago to schedule a 'prenatal visit' with one of the doctors. Was told by the person answering the phone that the doctor used to do these visits on Saturdays, but is no longer doing them on Saturdays. She was supposed to check with the doctor as to what day they were going to be conducting these visits and get back to me the next day. Well, it has been a week and no call back. Makes me wonder what kind of service they are gonna provide to my child. Gonna look for a pediatrician elsewhere!

Called to schedule 4mth well check and 2 shots, was quoted over $300 as a self pay patient... our usual $100 visit just turned into a hunt for a new pediatrician. sad.

The doctors are great, the front staff aren't quite as nice and effecient...the wait times are long.
