I was strolling through Los Gatos with my child and decided to stop in this store. First of all it's a store that supposedly caters to those with babies and children and yet I could barely maneuver the stroller around it. The store itself was very cute and had some nice merchandise but quite frankly the sales clerk or owner (not sure) was so rude that I didn't stay very long. She was carrying her newborn with her and did not say hello, welcome or anything when we walked into the shop. And she seemed bothered when I asked her if they carried a specific item and rudely said "it's over there" without bothering to really show me . Granted, I was out running errands and looked a bit disheveled but the assumption that I didn't have money to spend in her store was very clear. I find it rather amusing that shops such as this seem to think if you aren't pushing a $700 stroller or sporting Coach sunglasses, you don't have money to spend. I do, I just choose to spend my money at a store with sales clerks who have some class and are welcoming and helpful to everyone who comes into the store. Perhaps, it was a onetime incident and since she had a newborn she isn't getting much sleep and that explains her rude behavior. I'm not sure but I don't plan to return to find out.

This is a wonderful store. I always find something unique and adorable for my baby girl and gifts for friends. In addition to clothing, they have darling bedroom accessories, shoes, toys, and artwork. There is no other store that compares, in this area. The customer service has always been great.

I dont have a lot of time to shop for baby gifts and Los Gatos Baby was a dream come true. I was waited on immediately and the assistant helped me quickly narrow down my gift choices based on budget, baby and type of gift.
The shop is cheerful and colorful and friendly!
This is now my one stop shop for anything baby or toddler!

I love this little store in Los Gatos! It has the cutest stuff and has all the trendy items I am looking for out here in North Carolina. Plus, the employees are the nicest and some of the best people in the world! A definite find and place to shop for your little ones.

I loved all the great clothing lines available. Adorable girl and boy clothes, some more expensive than others of course, but some very inexpensive variety as well. The staff is exceptional, very helpful and nice. Overall a wonderful experience.
