Should find out when activities are, when most animal are awake. My daughther did not notice many animals since they were to quiet.

The zoo is under construction when we went, so we're looking forward to the upgrades. It's a small zoo, which is great for smaller children. A great day's outing.

I definately recommend getting a yearly membership even though there is construction going on the zoo is a classic and you csn never get board of visiting it and the membership pays itself in 3 visits and you can see how your child starts to notice different thing each time you go

I am sure no can wait for the remodeling to be over. It is not the world's best zoo but you go with the one you have. Still, our kid always enjoys it.

Unfortunately the Los Angeles Zoo is not the best.
