I have seen Dr.Eleanor Menzin for over 7 years now and I must say she is the most knowledgable, personable, caring and professional physician I have ever dealt with!!! The support staff are just phenomenal people as well!! I have never had a negative experience..

You gotta love Longwood. The MDs are so great and so smart and are affiliated with Children's Hospital which is such a perk. This practice has a definite personality: urban, serves a wide variety of patients, not-so-great decor, but overall it can't be beat. They've been fabulous in helping me figure out new mommyhood for two girls, and I'm generally very pleased with them all.

We have loved our experiences at Longwood Pediatrics. We typically see Dr. Young but have also seen other doctors. We appreciate that it's affiliated with Children's Hospital given that a couple of times we've had to access speciality services there.

Excellent doctors, speedy replies to phone calls. Practice is quite big we have never had a problem getting a sick visit. The nurses have always been a great help when we call in no matter how silly the question. We have loved all of the nurses we have seen. The front desk staff is sometimes a bit surly but I think that may be due to the fact that they are always busy. Excellent location, We love that they are affiliated with Children's, parking can be annoying to pay for but most offices in the downtown Boston area have the same thing. I would highly reccomend this parctice to anyone seeking a new doctor.

Dr. Menzin is very approachable and receptive to new-mommy questions. The nurses were very quick when administering vaccines.
