QuoteThey run a special for 1st haircuts and they knew this was a 1st time cut for my child. Luckily I took pics with my camera because they didn't even offer to take a picture. No pic, no certificate..nothing but a lock of hair. I paid a pretty penny for a few snips of hair. They did add sparkles and clips to her hair which was pretty cute. Oh and this is at the Southlands location. Staff really wasn't very friendly. We will continue to look elsewhere for the next haircut. I waited 3 years for this!

QuoteThe first couple times I took my daughters to Lollilocks they had a good time and the haircuts were fine. The atmosphere is really cute. But the last few times we've gone there, things just keep getting worse. The service is horrible now. We waited over 15 minutes after our appointment time the last time we were there. The front desk girl was rude and unfriendly. Our stylist messed up my child's haircut and for the price, I just don't think it's worth it. Especially with how much they try and sell to you! They care much more about sell sell selling you as much as they can than giving you a good experience. We're going to try other kids salons we've heard good things about. For the price and the hassel and haggle, it's just not worth it anymore :(
