Quotewonderful customer service, the ladies there are always willing to help. I had a problem with my bugaboo stroller that I bought from Nordstroms and when Nordstroms refused to help me, the ladies at Little Urbanites made sure I received a replacement chasis from Bugaboo! Love the clothes and products they carry. However, the return policy is not as good as major chain stores like Babiesrus.

QuoteOverall I like this store. They have a good selection. I have had mixed results with how friendly they are, but nothing bad enough that I would not shop there. I like their variety. Their organic brands are not the best (in terms of quality). I would like to see them expand that area of the store. We bought some t's and a great little night stand light that is super handy for small children.
