QuoteI find it interesting how the first 6 or 7 reviews are from the same person (and are the best ones). You cannot have a username that someone else has...Originally from Austin, and often shopping in boutiques there and online, I stopped by Little Patooties for the first (and only) time. I was pretty excited to go to a boutique that I had never been to before...such a shame. When I walked in pushing my daughter in her stroller hoping that she will fall back into her nap bc I just woke her up, the owner looked us up and down and pointed out the sale rack right away. I was dressed in Juicy Couture, decked out in Gucci, I didnt really care for the sale rack and couldve bought her entire store out with the cash in my wallet. The owner had a friend there helping her who would not stop showing me the items she bought her daughter and was going on about how cute they were (and they werent..poor child..they were also WAY too large for 10 month old comapred to her 2 and 3 year old) instead of asking me what types of things I preferred. Then to top it off, even after constantly telling the workers that my daughter had just been woken up and was very sleepy, one of them hovered over the stroller with her face in it, scared the baby, so of course the she starts wailing. If I had been out of it from waking up and saw that, I'd be scared too. But to my surprise, the 'friend helping out' is still going on about some outfit that I didnt really even care for, even as I'm walking away trying to comfort my daughter. I was looking for sizes 12-18 month, or maybe 18-24 at the most or 2T for later, but I was constantly shown sizes in 4T's. Even for a boutique, it was pricy and not worth it. And even as a fashion design major, I thought some of the 'probably' couture pieces, were not well made. Just because something is handmade, doesnt mean that it's WELL made, and worth marking up to $160 for a vest. If they were beautiful well made garments, I would've happily paid the price. Very snooty (and for no reason) and not a good selection. Even when I was looking at hairpins, I couldnt look alone, and when another customer walked in, they were like vultures flocking to food. Seriously?? Do you really think we want to steal your ugly things? Wow. No thank you. I was not greeted goodbye after my purchase, AND my little girl was ignored while waving goodbye (she was waving for a good while). I would not recommend it and will stick to my Austin boutiques. It is too bad that I am forced to choose at least one star.

QuoteThis store doesn't wow me, as it's very small, and the selection is extremely limited. It's also very expensive, for boutique clothing.

QuoteI didn't like how all of the clothes in the store is very modern. I wanted some classic smocked dresses and instead found pricey bell bottoms and bold prints.
