I'm predjudiced by my insane love of the garfield park conservatory which is AMAZING. But I do really like this one. I've nursed my daughter here many times in the nice warm calm of the plants when it was super chilly winter outside.
There's a bunch to see and everything is very well placed and looks perfect together. Some fish here and there and good sturdy paths for a toddler to run.
GREAT for the winter!

We took our daughter there when she was starting to walk, and she loved it! It was during the fall, and raining, so it was great to walk into the lush green gardens and warm up. The vegetation is beautiful, and it was a calm and serene place for our daughter to walk around and explore.

Wonderful, free spot to visit--great for those cold, gray, wintry days--although I do have to say, the Garfield Park Conservatory is still our family's favorite.
