LifeWorks is an outstanding facility. They have wonderful prenatal water aerobics classes there. I took these classes in my 7th-8th months of pregnancy and I loved it. I got to meet other pregnant moms too.

A bit pricey (comparing to some of the great rec centers in the area) but WELL worth it. The childcare facility is very well done- security and attentiveness is top notch. My kids love to play there and I get a great work out.

Prenatal water and prenatal yoga for moms-to-be. Once baby is born, LifeWorks has a terrific childcare facility for babies as young as six weeks. Pool, no waits for machines, indoor track, plus great instructors for many innovative classes both on land and in the water.
