QuoteCut WAY too much off of my hair, despite my having a picture on hand of my hair target AND telling the girl repeatedly not to trim my layers. The color was also gross - way too yellow for blonde. She wouldnt do a toner without charging me extra despite the fact that it was her mistake - the color was NOT desirable at all. Dont waste your time or money.
