I am an odd size and this is the only shop in Boston that carries anything in it. I walked in, told them what I needed and my the look of me, the pulled out half a dozen bras for me to try on. I found one that fitted perfectly (and at the same price as online). Get past the granny nightgowns at the front and they have great bras that will really support you and make your girls look great.

This is an old fashioned store where the sales staff actually take measurements before you buy a product. You do have to know to ask for a fitting, though. I bought my bra for my wedding dress here and it was fabulous, it worked with my dress and was as comfortable as possible for the kind of boned bra you have to wear with a wedding dress. My mom and one of my bride's maids got theirs here too.
The bras are attractive too - yes they have old lady bras, but also very nice lacy ones. They also have many shapes of bras, not one kind for everyone. The women who work there can be a little brusque but not in a mean way, think of your grandma trying to get a task done and done right. I wear a large size which is difficult to find in many stores. I also wore the wrong size until I went to Lady Grace. Worth every penny and worth the price (which is only slightly higher than most bra stores.)

Customer service is horrible! Staff is extremely unfriendly and unwilling to help. Prices are higher than chains.

Lady Grace is the best place to go for new bras due to your changing figure - the saleswomen are extremely helpful and the selection of underwire free bras for large chested women cannot be found anywhere else. Some bras can be quite expensive (~$50) but if you ask the saleslady for something more budget minded you can find bras in the $20-30 range, even in large sizes.
