I have had the best expierence at this salon.
The new salon at legacy is nice but I love the Mentor location. My stylist Sheree is very patient and offers suggestions. The give you this mini facial ( ITS included in the price) that is so refreshing and then to top it off you get a little makeup before you walk out the door as a finishing touch. and NO TIPPING

This place is so convenient and I love the no tipping aspect, however, for kids, this is not the best option.
The room was about 85 degrees(not all their fault since they thought the air was not working), however, what they could have helped was the cleanliness.
I have been there twice and each time the room was filthy. There was hair all over, dirt in the corners, hairs and grime all over the computer keyboards, sticky stuff all over the floor and over all stressed me out to think my kids were sitting on the floor since there was not much place for waiting children to sit. Yuck!!

My daughter looks forward to getting her haircut at L&G! She can play a Strawberry Shortcake computer game while getting her hair cut and hardly notices what's happening. She then gets treated to a little toy, animal crackers and a juice box. What more could a kid want!!

I love the separate kids room with computers, DVDs and suprise gift for the little ones. I also liked the "no tipping" policy which makes the price more reasonable. The quality of the haircuts was not as good as the high style of the salon.

Excellent service with complimentary hand and face massage with each hair cut.
