I thought I could do it all myself with my family's help, but, once their visit ended...whoa! I called Teresa at Labor of Love and she put me at ease immediately. She gave me the names and contact information for three postpartum doulas. I interviewed them, checked the references they happily provided, and had two come to help me the very next week. Both were a great help and super informative for a first-time mom like me
