When I began to lose my milk supply at 4 months, I consulted with a La Leche League leader, and she helped me understand WHY I was losing supply, and how to get it back. I continued to nurse for 8 months after that. My baby and I thank LLL.

I was having a rough start to nursing and called the league for support. The woman I spoke to berrated me and made me feel like a failed mom. She literally sent me to my bed sobbing. Not helpful at all
