The play area is great for older kids but can become crowded on weekends. Just down the beach are beautiful tide pools full of sea life. Also better for older children but we took our 2mo old down in a carrier and she enjoyed the sand and warm water that is in the tide pools on a sunny day.

This park has everything: beautiful beach, ocean, grass with trees, sand covered playarea with swings, climbing structures and slides. It has showers and bathrooms. It has picnic tables.
