I do enjoy the fact they provide many kid friendly distractions like books and videos while you wait with your kids. My main complaint is that they make the experienced very rushed. Been there handfull of times with 2 children and it's time to move on.

Generally they do a decent job however when the only instructions given were "Cut her hair any length but dont touch her bangs as we are growing them out" The 1st place she cut was her bangs!!! I think there was a language barrier but she said ok after I asked so I assumed she knew. The train is very cool though and there are fun little cars and such for the kids to sit in while they get their hair cut!

My son had a lovely head of curls that needed to be trimmed. I walked in and told them so, and while I was keeping my 18 month old occupied so he wasn't crying, the curls were gone! The cut had already begun, so I had no choice but to go along with it. The "stylist" saw my face and said that my son "will be cooler in the summer with shorter hair!" Hello??!!?? That's for me to decide, not her...and they still made me pay!!!!

My son loves to sit in the airplane to get his haircut. Cindy, the owner, is always around and is great with difficult children. The place could use a new paint job and some new toys.

Service is pretty middle of the road, and like a lot of kids haircuts places, your satisfaction depends very much on which stylist you happen to draw. They do have a great Thomas the Tank Engine display for the kids to look at; drawback is that it is so great that the littler ones get really frustrated when told that they can't touch it.
