While the practice got great reviews in the Berkeley Parents Network, I was very disappointed. The front office staff has zero personality. On 2 different occasions I called with a minor question and the doctor NEVER called me back.

Dr Salzburg is the greatest but the office was horrible. Yhe people who answer the phone and check you in need to be fired!! Maybe they already have been. My daughter hurt her thumb I was worried it was broken they would not make an appointment until the next day. It turns out it wasn't broken BUT she did need surgury on it!! However Dr Salzburg is supurb we followed her from another practice but couldn't deal with the office staff.
