This place is no longer operating under the name Kids Kuts. I just left there with my 18 month old after waiting for nearly half an hour. I don't mind a wait, but not one member of the staff said anything -- not 'we'll be right with you' or 'it'll be a few minutes' or even made eye contact. We walked out and, at that point, a staff member starting talking. Poor customer service. I won't be going back.

Good place for haircuts. They put the child in a Jeep and turn on a DVD. 10 minutes and $11 later, you've got a neatly trimmed haircut without tears or fidgeting. Worth it!

They do a great job on my toddler's hair, and have great "Jeep" chairs for them to sit in during the cut. But the salon never seems very clean, with dim lighting and dirty-looking toys in the waiting area.
