I luv it there. I've bought and sold my way through four girls at kids to kids and I always leave happy. The price they give me for my items is decent and I always donate my left over KID RELATED items to their service. Their clothing is always emmacualate and you gotta love the price.

This place has absolutely horrible customer service. I've bought from them, sold to them and donated items to Sojourner house via a drop off at their store (this is a service they provide). Both selling and donating were very unpleasant experiences. When I last went to drop off a donation, they watched me haul everything in the store --including heavy computer equipment-- and then told me they had no place to store it, so could I bring it back the next day? I also feel that I got ripped off when I tried to sell items through them. They've got darling clothing, but I refuse to give business to people with such a bad attitude, especially in this economy.

Liked the store layout and how clean and hardly used the clothing was. It appeared to me they were mostly new! Very busy store but there was always someone there with an answer for me. Wide spread of new and used toys. Smokin deals on baby products (didn't purchase any though as my daughter is now 7).

Many commented on how this store is very picky on what it accepts but I am appreciative of their selectiveness. I live in east Mesa and find that this store is WAY better than any of the second hand stores in my area so I make the trip to Scottsdale without hesitation. I got a pack and play in mint condition with all the bells and whistles for half the price of the same product at Babies R' Us or Baby Depot. I also purchased a great dresser/changing table here.
