They are talented personal shoppers with a knack for knowing what fits me and is suitable. They are accommodating to my needs and are never pushy. Trudy has an incredible grasp of her stock, and she must put a great deal of effort in selecting what she sells. It's refreshing to have access to such a knowledgeable and helpful staff whilst still being able to shop locally. The clothes I've purchased from Kickin' have held up extremely well, and their baby gear and gifts are of equally high quality. I've never been disappointed with a Kickin' purchase or experience, and I readily refer friends to the store.

She helped me select the perfect gift for my mommy-to-be friend and gave me helpful information to pass along to her. Too often you encounter customer service in designer boutiques that is cold and uninviting-but not here, completely the opposite! I wouldn't hesitate for a second to look to them again for pregancy needs!

I NEVER got measured for my sling, the owner gave me one I later found out was WAY too big which they only had in a crappy brown color because it was the super big one. She hardly knew how to show me to wear my daughter in it and it NEVER fit. Not only was it uncomfortable, but it was completely unsafe. I later learned that the big thing about that type of sling is it has to be fitted really well or else the baby can fall out so easily. Really scary news to me. After reading the review a bit beneath me about how the owner kind've called the customer fat, I'm wondering if she has some MEGA body issues as she obviously pegged me as way large to force me into a super big sling! Save your baby's life, don't trust their slings!
