Dr. Funser and Nancy are wonderful women and great practitioners. But I found the reception staff here to be unhelpful, with a "whatever" attitude about getting my kids in for same day appointments. I often hung up the phone with them angry, frustrated, or offended. If you can get past the front desk, you're golden.

Dr Fusner and Nancy are open minded, patient, and responsive. I have called with questions many times and always have had a helpful call back promptly. Reasonable wait times and friendly support staff are a plus!

Both Dr. Fusner and nancy are superb - very knowledgeable, informed, caring and professional. The office staff are quite professional and make even the dreaded shot visits manageable. We feel lucky to have these folks caring for our kids!

Choosing Dr. Fusner as my daughter's pediatrician was probably the best decision I have made as a mom so far. Both Dr. Fusner and Nurse Practitioner/Lactation Consultant Nancy Hoover have been incredibly responsive, helpful and patient women to have as resources as I figure out this whole 'raising a kid' thing. Nurse Nancy in particular was like a beacon of calm during those first few weeks of troublesome breastfeeding and general awkwardness. Can't say enough good things about how well run this practice is too-- low wait times and easy to get in when you need to. Great office!

WE LOVE HER!!! She is very nice, calm, and the office staff is very helpful. Always takes time to answer ?'s, I really appreciate her and her services.
