I took my 4 year old for her first visit to this office, and unfortunately not being from Las Vegas and not being familair with the area wasn't aware of the office issues.
My biggest issue was that when I walked in, the place was dimly lit & and it does not appear that they have ANY type of cleaning services there weekly, monthly, or YEARLY for that matter, I didn't even want my kids ages 1 & 4 sitting on the small BROKEN little tikes picnic table provided as it was OBVIOUSLY unsafe... I was hoping that once we actually got past the waiting area it would be more sanitary. It was NOT.
In my opinion the doctor was VERY unprofessional, she kept all the doors open so every one walking by could view my near naked child, which made me uncomfortable, aside from this her associates/receptionist, came barging in without excusing herself while she was talking with me and my husband and began an ENTIRELY unrelated conversation with her receptionist. Her demeanor is cold and unfriendly and I will NOT be returning to this office EVER!
