 Once upon a time that was a beautiful store, great staff, cute things, but it was a long time ago…now is very disorganized, more expensive than ever, whole different staff that absolutely don’t know nothing about décor and the service is not the same also, they used to have such great people working there…what happened?? Now they are closing I heard.
Big shame, it had everything to be a great store….with the right people, better parking, better price, maybe…

It used to be a great boutique, but I have to say is not the same anymore.
The store looks abandoned; the staff is not the same. You have the sensation that they are closing very soon. I used to buy all the baby gifts there, but I don’t waste my time anymore, is not the same store!

I always find the staff helpful and professional and it has the best selection of beautiful baby and toddler gifts in Miami.

I used to enjoy going to Kate and Leo to purchase special gifts but not anymore.
The last time I went the staff was not the same, the young lady that used to help me was very nice and new her job, the new people are so weird.
The store is not the same, everything looks out of place, not even the window display is inviting anymore,and the prices are more expensive than ever.
Actually everything looks so weird that you have the impression that they are closing out!!So bad.
