Lots of great information, especially for first time moms. Although there are several other helpful sessions for everyone. Great job Kaiser!

There are several classes like healthy feeding for your newborn thru 1 yr, besides pre-natal care that are free, even to non-Kaiser members. They also have infant CPR where you can bring your baby & it's certified. Signing w/ your baby is also another good class.

Kaiser does a great job of providing support for parents and children.

Very basic overview of pregnancy and child rearing information. Good if you are totally ignorant. If you really want to learn something, though, take independent classes.

Can't beat the price and the classes are not bad, but pretty average and definitely in the pro-medical intervention camp.
