We have been attending Little Maestros for two months now and it is really fun for both me and my daughter (16mths). She loves to dance and play the different instruments while I do not mind the music and believe the format is captivating.
I understand the cost will be prohibitive to many, but if you can afford it I suggest giving it a try. They will let you try one class before you buy.

I love the idea of the children's gym. My only complaint about the JW Tumbles program is that they move through activities too fast. Just when my toddler becomes interested in something, it's on to the next thing. My only other complaint is that many parents use the time to sociallize and are oblivious to their toddlers and what they are doing. In the end, I decided that the $40 per class I was spending wasn't worth the money for an hour of entertainment.
