When I decided to have a doula for my labor, I wasn't quite sure what to expect. Before I was due, Jen spent time with me and my husband finding out our expectations and hopes for my birth experience. When the time came, so came over quickly in the early morning to begin supporting both me and my husband. What a relief! She was so knowledgeable in helping me find different ways to work through the contractions. I felt safe to labor for quite awhile at home because I could trust her judgement. When I finally had my baby, she had been with me for 16 hours. Besides being my support, she gave my husband comfort. My husband says he couldn't have done it without her. Jen is perfect for this because she is so calm and confident. She makes you feel safe and as comfortable as possible. I would not have another birth without her!

Jen was incredibly supportive during my very long labor. She was tireless in her optimism and confidence throughout the event. Jen is a warm and caring person that helped me feel calm and reassured that everything was going as it should. Without her, my husband truly would have had a nervous breakdown... I would use Jen again and hope to as well!

She was amazing, like having a sister in the room with me that knew exactly what I needed her to do.
She comforted my husband and I from the start. She supported my decisions no matter what they were. Took photos, video & helped me during labor with massage and encouraging words. Loved having her there, I would use her again in a second.
