While I had always gone to Jcpenny for portraits, and having worked there I know the quality is great and they have many things to offer like blank and whites lots of backqrounds and ever changing props. Great coupons and portrait club makes things very affordable, however be wary with any studio around the holidays things get very busy so allow extra time no matter what studio you choose.

Join the Portrait club and it saves you tons. The photographers were always patient and willing to wait a few minutes for costume change or a quick snack. Always got GREAT pictures !!!

They could personalize the service more...very canned, and somewhat frazzled customer svc.
