I made an appointment over the phone to go in 6 weeks before Christmas..when I arrived with my 8 month old I found that my appointment had "disappeared" even though I had called 3 days ahead to confirm, they had erased it and booked somebody else! and since it was a busy season they didn't have any more appts. available early enough for me to have pics taken, delivered and for me to send out to relatives. There were other angry looking customers at the studio which apparently had been waiting almost an hour to get their kiddies pics taken. Luckily as I exited JC Penney completely angry!! I run into a Kandid Kiddies studio at the mall, we were able to go in that day and even got our pics and greeting cards within 15 minutes after the photo shoot.

Clean and efficient studio. Make your appointment well in advance for the best times!

I wouldn't recommend taking your child for picture here. We had to wait over 1 hour after our appointment time, and when I finally got my order, some things were missing.
