QuoteJC Penny had a nationwide recall on OkieDokie shirts. So I brought in all the recalled shirts and...go figure, none of the JC Penny employees I spoke to knew anything about it. I ended up having to drive back home and bring back the letter JC Penny sent me to prove it.
